Reuters Quote Servers Housed at Q-Tech.

Q-Tech has created a private network for the Reuters quote products.

            This includes:

  • The installation of a POP-CONC within our Data Center. The POP-CONC gives the Reuters servers fast accurate information. Only substantial server farms receive this type of Reuters technology. Q-Tech provides this service to a large number (approximately 2000) of Reuters’ customers. In fact, Q-Tech is the sole distributor for Reuters Plus, Reuters Plus Web and Reuters Pro quote services via the Internet.

Back Office/3270 Access via the Internet

For the past several years, Q-Tech has been providing a solution that allows remote Customers to access back office hosts via the Internet using the Q-Tech VPN (Virtual Private Network). This solution allows users to securely access their back office information, place orders, and perform account lookup and print.
